This document is the official Terms of Use of the website Gonmap.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Project" or "Platform"), hosted at https://gonmap.com. By using this website, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and undertake to follow them. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use this website.

1. User identification and responsibility

1.1. Only a verified user can post and manage information about the company on the Project.

1.2. The user's identification (confirmation) is considered completed if the user's e-mail is created and linked to the domain of his company's website (corporate e-mail).

1.3. To add and manage information about your company, you need to use the add form https://gonmap.com/add in the “Your email address” field, specify the corporate e-mail (example, info@yoursite.com). In this case, the “Website” field should indicate the same site that is used in your e-mail (example, yoursite.com ). Thus, the user is identified and confirms that he is the owner or representative of his company. 

1.4. Information is managed (deleting, adding or changing data) through interaction with the Project administration via e-mail gonmap.contact@gmail.com (email address of the Project administration) and the email address of the owner (representative) of the company. 

1.5. By performing these actions, the user voluntarily confirms the existence of authority and accepts these Terms of Use of the Project.

1.6. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the posted information. In case of violations, the Project administration has the right to delete, edit information or block the user without warning.

2. Rules for adding a company 

2.1. The company is added via a special addition form https://gonmap.com/add 

2.2. Completion and successful submission of the specified application form to the company means full agreement with these Terms of Use of the Project.

2.2. If the user's organization is already on the Project, the user can complete identification and get the right to manage his company's information. To do this, the user must click on the link "Is this your business?" on the page of the desired company and specify the corporate e-mail.

2.3. Post only reliable and up-to-date information. All responsibility for publishing lies with the user.

3. Rules for adding a review

3.1. A review can only be added for a specific company through a special addition form on the company's page.

3.2. The recall must not violate the laws of the United States.

3.3. Your e-mail address will not be published, but may be required for feedback.

4. Moderation and content control

4.1. It is forbidden

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to publish false information about the company;

  • advertise non-existent products and services;

  • spread spam, threats, slander, sexual and violent materials;

  • violate applicable U.S. law.

4.2. The Administration has the right to:

  • edit any user's content;

  • delete incorrectly designed entries;

  • restrict or block access to the platform in case of systematic violations;

  • update the Terms of Use without prior notice. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.

5. Liability, data accuracy, and Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The GONMAP Project is not responsible for:

  • the accuracy, content and reliability of the data posted on the Project;

  • to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Project administration is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use of this data (information);

  • posting content that violates the rights of third parties.

5.2. All company data is supplied to the Project from open, publicly available sources and provided free of charge as an act of goodwill — without any agreements between the Project administration and the company owners. 

5.3. Some information may be outdated, but the Project administration is actively updating the data. Any confirmed change is posted as soon as it passes moderation.

5.4. The Platform provides all materials "as is", without any guarantees (including, but not limited to, commercial suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.).

6. Copyright and Complaints (DMCA Policy)

6.1. The user posting photos, text, descriptions or other materials confirms that he has all the necessary rights to this content.

6.2. If you believe that your copyrights have been violated, send a complaint via the form on the "Contact Us" page https://gonmap.com/contact  marked "DMCA" and specify:

  • Description of the copyright object;

  • Link to the material on the Project;

  • Your email address;

  • Statement of integrity and accuracy of information;

  • Add files with evidence and confirmation of your rights or credentials.

6.3. Upon confirmation of violations, the materials will be deleted, restricted or edited within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification with the opportunity to submit a counter-application.

6.4. Users who regularly violate copyrights may be blocked from the Project.

6.5. Providing false information may entail legal liability.

7. The order of sending messages

7.1. You can send an error message, complaint, or other request to the Project administration only in electronic form by choosing one of three ways: 

  • On the company's page, where an error or incomplete (incorrect) information was found, use the form “Did you find a mistake?”by specifying your name, e-mail for feedback and describing in detail the claim or clarification. Attach the files if necessary. Confirm your agreement to the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" and click "Send".

  • On the “Contact Us” page https://gonmap.com/contact — specify your name, e-mail, company URL and the essence of the claim or clarification. You can also attach files. Confirm your agreement to the terms and policy and click "Send".

  • Write an e-mail to gonmap.contact@gmail.com. Also specify your name, company URL and the essence of the claim or clarification. You can also attach files. 

7.2. You can complain about a specific review through the “Report a review” form at the bottom of the review, specifying the contact details and description of the complaint. You can also attach files for proof. Confirm your agreement to the terms and policy and click "Send".

7.3. Your message will be reviewed within 5 business days, and if required, you will receive a reply to the specified e-mail.

8. Privacy Policy (announcement)

8.2. The User has the right to:

  • request the deletion of your data;

  • find out what data is stored;

  • refuse to receive electronic notifications.

9. Non-commercial nature of the data

Website Gonmap.com It is purely informational in nature, and company data is non-commercial information that is not intended for profit and is used to achieve social, informational, cultural, charitable, and similar goals.

10. Applicable law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. 

10.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform are subject to review in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

10.3. All disputes between the user and the administration must be resolved individually, without combining into group or collective lawsuits.
