Ow, ow, ouch!!! Call me crazy, but manicures should not be painful!! He didn't understand me when I asked for dip powder manicure and kept trying to do gel, another lady had to come and explain it to him and it might've been his first time doing this kind of manicure. I really wish the other lady would've taken over. My cuticles are still throbbing from where the mini drill slipped and cut my skin open multiple times.
The other manicurist who did my daughter's nails was nice enough and didn't cause her pain, but good grief, her apathetic attitude was so off-putting. And they didn't offer us water or anything.
I usually tip very, very well, so they definitely missed out on a loyal customer.- helpfull 0

Vina is amazing!! Very sweet, and truly talented!! Filled my nails over another techs work even though I said it was okay to take them off and start over, which saved me time and money. I showed her a picture if what I wanted and she nailed it!! I've also never had this shape before and was nervous I wouldn't like this in me, but I love them!!
