I am so grateful for Marcy's approach to Colon Hydrotherapy. She has a way of making you feel comfortable during what I thought would be a very uncomfortable process. She explained everything and walked me through the process. I found it fascinating, gross and helpful. The 3 series really helped me reset from feeling bloated and sluggish after living on bread and cheese for too long. I was surprised how well I've slept afterwards, I wasn't expecting that.

Talking to people about my poop isn't that easy or comfortable, however Marcy is skilled at taking the uncomfortable feeling away during my colonics. The room is nice and warm, there is no smell and it's not messy like you'd imagine. I now see her regularly as I feel so much better getting rid of the toxins and waste backed up in my colon. I have a desire to eat better after to continue the feeling of well being and 'lightness' that comes after a session.
