I love the idea of the store and sometimes they are fantastic. The prices on most products are decent and not overly inflated to take advantage of an isolated area.
Unfortunately most of the time they are severely lacking in multiple areas. The store is constantly running out of stock of many items with no ideas from the staff as to if or when they will have stock. I have only dealt with one cashier and she never says hello, offers to help or is very pleasant to deal with, though she is not rude either. They have a punch card program which is nice...kinda. You receive one stamp per visit for 10% off your 11th visit. I can spend $30 or $200 and still receive only one stamp so essentially receiving the exact same benefit as someone spending a fraction of what I spend. It just seems silly and poorly planned. When I could not get any answers regarding arrival of stock I emailed their customer service (based out of Redding with multiple physical locations and a web based store also) I never received a response. So far I've been able to get everything I want online from competitors so I don't expect I will be returning unless there is a large improvement.
