They came out after trying to change my appointment day of
I told them to come out and do he job as I couldn't take any time off
From work
They came and only did half the job
I ask Monica to have her staff come out and finish the job
She said I need all
The Money after I payed half
I told her when you finish the job I will pay the other half
She hung up the phone on me several times
As I explain to her I will pay anymore until job is finish
She constantly kept hanging up the phone on me so with that being said I told you Monica I was going to YELP

You won't get anymore more money or business from me
I will be blocking this company from my bank canceling all transaction since Monica is not a fair business lady

Historically, we had a good experience with Clean Masters until COVID19. We told them a number of times we were not allowing anyone into our home because a family member was immune compromised. Today when they left a message to say we were scheduled for a cleaning tomorrow, I called to tell them that we still couldn't allow people into our home because of COVID19. The office manager proceeded to tell me that when I resumed my services I would be charged a fee.

Let me see if I understand. We have someone in the home with a compromised immune system, and you want to penalize our family because we cannot allow people in our home? I know that home cleaners like many businesses have been struck hard by the pandemic but to strong arm a client with punitive action for trying to main health is appalling. With that, we are done.
