this guy is only accepting new patients with his "upgraded concierge service", meaning you have to pay an additional yearly premium to have this guy treat you as a PCP. talk about price gouging those in need, crazy world we live in.

I have been a patient with Dr. Alonso since he arrived in Chico. I have been very happy with him as a physician and with the care of his PA, Joy Culp. I recently had the most unfortunate experience of dealing with his office manager, Paula, who was beyond rude and unsupportive. I would give Ms. Culp and Dr. Alonso 5 stars. The ding is for treatment by the office manager, who caused me considerable, additional problems when I was seeking help.
