Enloe Health Northstate Cardiology - Chico

This is a horrible place !!!!
My son went there after having a major event in another country and was told he would see a doctor, but instead was seen by a PA that told him he had nothing wrong with him.
He was then scheduled for an event monitor and a few days later EKG then follow up with the doctor.
He was scheduled for the EKG and went in with the monitor on and was told he couldn't have the test with the monitor still on. It had been 2 months since the initial visit.
I called to ask if his appt could be moved up due to all the chest pain he was having and was told No. On the morning of his appointment. My son was told I could not come to his appointment with him which again was scheduled with a PA not doctor. I have worked with 2 Cardiologists in the past and NO office can ever turn away family !!!
The errors with his care was awful and office experience worse. I know for a fact with my 35 years experience in the medical field that everything he went through was WRONG !!!! Hopefully by being consumed by Enloe they maybe able to get rid of the staff and make it a better place for the people that live in Chico

Went in for a clearance I needed for surgery and Dr. Wolve was really attentive and super nice . The nurse who did my EKG was very kind and gentle , the only thing is the front receptionist on the left hand side seemed kinda rude . All I had for identification was my passport since my ID was stolen and I've been waiting for a replacement and she very rudely said "oh I'm not scanning that" , it's a legal document I would hope she would have , I get it probably not a huge deal , but it legit cost nothing to be kind to others . The one when you walk in towards the right side is super nice but the other receptionist did not pass the vibe test at all ! Over all there kind hearted people . Love the relationships the Dr.'s have with their patients you can tell they take pride in what they do :) that was my only complaint.
