Saul often skipped mowing dates, left bushes untrimmed for months, and raised his fee to $200 per month for mowing once a week. Even though he cashed my check for $150 (his old monthly fee), with August written in the "for" area of the check, he refused to do any work after August 9. He refused to give me a refund for services not rendered. He was extremely rude during August. He would only insist that I pay him $200 per month. When he told me his new fee, I told him that I would be deducting $50 each week that he did not now the lawn. He refused to agree - it was either $200 per month or no service. He is impossible.
