I'm surprised there are not more reviews on this company. There are people who have worked here and it's a company I would recommend to stay far away from. They do not treat their employees with respect and do not give them any recognition. The guy who runs it Nathan Vail (see review below) and his sidekick Sheris at the front desk are a joke. I would not want my family being taken care of by this company.

I live in the Sacramento area and needed care for my mom in Chico. I called Home Instead and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Not only did they supply my mom with two outstanding caregivers, but the owner, Nathan, brought a shower chair to my mom's house to keep her safe. Home Instead provided me with the peace of mind that my mom was being cared for even though I couldn't be there.
