House Cleaning with a Niche

Paid $690 for windows cleaning and house detailing; crew is super super slow, some on their phones while cleaning...had no appropriate product to clean the house and windows; left many baseboards and walls not even cleaned! had to clean neglected areas after they left; had to buy my own glass cleaner as the manager pretended it could not be cleaned; of course if you don't bring the right product you won't be able to clean it!! Window cleaning was good in some areas, mediocre in others, depending on who was cleaning. Had to sweep behind cabinets as they did not bother moving small furniture; need training on mopping as I actually had to mop after they left.....was told they would clean all wood cabinets ; some rooms they did not bother touch; all and all the worst $690 I have ever spent; the only thing they did ok was cleaning inside the oven and microwave; all and all need to be professional and actually clean and get proper training on detailing homes.
