The neighbor we share a property line with had a pool put in, and this contractor was hired to do the excavation work. On day one, they were told that they did not have permission to have any of their workers or equipment on our property. They did not care. On both days of work, they ran their bobcat over the property line (in our front yard) while they moved dirt from the neighbor's backyard. They tore up the ground on our property, piled up a bunch of trash, left rocks and dirt piles on our side, and dug up roots to establish trees on our property. It will cost us $100s, if not $1000s, to fix the damage. This was an established area of our yard with several plants and trees, weed block, and bark. We spoke to the foreman and the owner(?), and both apologized but did nothing to stop what was happening. If you want to keep a good relationship with your neighbors and want clean work, then there is a better company for you!
