Laura's Wig & Beauty Supply was founded by none other than Laura, herself, almost half a century ago. It's been a family-owned operation for many years and recently, the legacy has been handed down to Laura's daughter, Kathy, who hasn't skipped a beat in providing Chico with the best selection and lowest prices for professional beauty products and wigs.

I was directed here by Google maps. I was in search of black hair care products for my knotless braids. I arrived and greeted; I asked for black hair care products. The lady said "we get this all the time and I have to explain this so much..." hmm. If you have a need for black hair products why not add them to your store? The expression she gave showed it was a repeated request that she had to turn people away for. A simple solution for the business and the customers would be make your store accessible for all races. In 2023 in a wig store, if you don't have black hair care products you may as well put a "WHITES ONLY" sign on the door.

Today I went in looking for a human hair wig after I got off of work with more than enough to purchase to one (they're pretty pricey) and the blonde middle-aged lady rudely said "We only have one. It's expensive." Didn't even let me see it. Maybe I misinterpreted her tone but to me it felt very condescending and judgmental. Other than that they have good products and the other employees are super nice
