Ive tried many treatments over the year for my scoliosis which causes my neck & back to be in almost constant pain. Recently a friend referred me to Elaine & the Rolfing therapy she specializes in. I'd never heard of Rolfing but I'll try anything to alleviate the excruciating pain that burdens me daily. To my amazement (after the very first treatment) I experienced a SIGNIFICANT amount of pain relief. I was able to lay in bed that evening without have to shift positions (and a pile of pillows) every 5 minutes, due to the extreme discomfort my condition creates. Since then, I have been telling EVERYONE I know about Elaine & Rolfing because of the HUGE benefit and overall pain relief it's given me. The Rolfing process itself is hard to explain and the information online doesn't really give ya an explanation of how well or why it works. As with everything, the experience and benefits may vary patient to patient (since all of our body's and condition's are different), but for my scoliosis, Elaine & Rolfing has WORKED WONDERS!!! I've tried various forms of massage, chiropractic, pain meds, an inversion bed, yoga, etc.- all with limited improvement & is some cases, increased pain. ITS AN ABSOLUTE MIRACLE the overall pain relief I've experienced from Elaine's Rolfing treatments. I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a real and immediate answer to their pain and truly hope even one person can benefit from my review and experience. Elaine doesn't advertise and I haven't found many reviews about Rolfing therapy. So I highly suggest you give her a call and find out for yourself if Rolfing can benefit you. As I see it, if you're truly in pain, there's nothing to lose and everything to gain if you find this therapy works as well for you as it did for me. Best wishes & Be well.
