Mim's Bakery is a small artisan dessert bakery in the tradition of a French Patisserie. We use only the finest ingredients; unsalted real butter, real cream, fresh eggs, cane sugar, and unbleached flours, local and organic nuts and fruits whenever possible.
History
Melissa Peters aka Mim has been baking as long as she can remember. Her love of art and food are the perfect combination for pastry arts. She has been professionally baking for 25 years. Over the course of her career she has had the opportunity to bake for many dignitaries, celebrities, and chances are someone you love. Our mission at our small bakery is to consistently provide high quality desserts and the best service. We strive for each creation to be a culinary feat and a work of art.

Placed a custom cupcake order for my son and was really happy with my experience all the way around. Was very grateful they were willing to make a custom individual cupcake instead of requiring me to buy a full order or a cake, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cupcake turned out beautiful and delicious. Our family was celebrating our son's autism diagnosis and it really meant a lot to us that they did a fabulous job.

Such a beautiful wedding cake! It turned out exactly as we hoped and tasted incredible! They were super easy to work with and made sure we knew everything we needed to get the cake set up smoothly
