The actual cleaning was fine, but the business practices are not. Very expensive and likes to quote flat-rate. I thought she was giving an estimate and the $1k to clean a 2500 sq. ft house was a bit crazy. At the end, I asked what the total ended up being and she looked at me like I was nuts. I did the math and she and her team made about $60/hr.
