Mulberry Station Brewing Company

Coming here for takeout was quick and easy. Ordering on the phone was convenient, and staff were friendly.

My review doesn't pertain to the craft beer, as I don't drink, but, rather focuses exclusively on the cheese pizza.
In my mind, the perfect wood fired cheese pizza stands up on its own, and has a balanced flavor where no single ingredient dominates. This is in contrast to what is desirable on pizzas that focus heavily on the toppings.
Mulberry's cheese pizza was unfortunately brought down for me by:
- A taste heavily biased towards the marinara sauce
- An excessive amount of said sauce (despite the fact I asked for 'light sauce', so your mileage may vary)
- Generally bland cheese and crust
- Overall soft and wet texture. (This might be better dining in, but please note I sat down to eat around 5 minutes after pickup).

I certainly won't be coming back for more cheese pizza, but the room looks nice, and it might be an easy spot to feed a group.

Good food, beer, and some great service. Accommodating to big groups and gathering's.
