Horrible. Always raising rates because they are the only game in town. Did not pick up our trash today and there was absolutely no obstruction or reason preventing them to.

Waste management sucks. They charge high rates because they are the only company big enough to service all of town. Their phone system is terrible, I was just on hold for 45 minutes and it hung up on me. They've missed my house and my Neigbor's 3 weeks in a row now, and, to get ahold of them takes hours on end. I'm 22, I like to think I know the internet pretty well, but, their website doesn't work and certain keystrokes don't take you to where they are supposed to go. Waste management, we hate you.
