If you are looking for exceptional service, which includes the highest degree of professionalism, look no further. I live in the Sacramento area and broke down on a ride in Chico. Although the service department was booked two weeks out, they took the time to assess my bike and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. The manager of the store even drove me to pick up a rental car in his personal vehicle! All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. The treatment I received here was very personal and above and beyond what you would expect.
