Erik was prompt, efficient and adaptable to my many changes .... when escrow was delayed and other issues that randomly come up when buying a new house, he was responsive and worked with us to mitigate the issues. AND if that wasn't enough, he and his crew did an outstanding job that was clean and professional. Super happy with the results, both inside and outside. After searching for a house painter to even get a bid, we were given the number and a reference for Eric Silva and Silva Brush Painting. He promptly returned the call, call to the house, and submitted a written bid. Eric's timeline was realistic, and he was able to get an early start. When it came time to color selection, Eric and Brian brought over several samples of the colors we selected, painted swatches on the house, trim, and gutters. Silva Brush pressure-washed the house, primed and prepped, was meticulous in taping, and delivered a wonderful paint job. We could not be happier.
