Ultra Beautician

I finally had an appointment at Ultra Beautician today after several unanswered phone calls over the last week. Josh was the one helping me, and I had asked for a simple buzzcut with a slight fade. The service was very rushed and ended up with me not only having more hair on the top than I wanted, but also having an uneven buzz, with about half the hairs still poking out. I felt that I was rushed out very quickly without even being asked if the cut was good, or if there was anything that needed to be changed. I didn't get a good look at my buzz until I was out of the shop entirely, because I was given no time to look it over at the chair. I definitely don't feel that the $30 I paid for the cut was justified, especially given how the process only took 10-15 minutes at most, and because it left me with an uneven buzz that I will have to fix myself. The staff is nice and welcoming, but that unfortunately isn't enough for the price. I am sad to say that I won't be back, and I will be looking for another place in Chico that will at least give me a haircut better than I can do at home.
