I had a great experience with Mark! He diagnosed the problem on my truck when no one else could and did the repairs in a professional timely manner.
I found him fair and pleasant to deal with.
I would have rated higher but for the fact that he did not contact me for the ok on additional repairs he found necessary. I was having him go through the truck and fix things as needed so I could drive across country, and would have given him the ok anyway, but it would have been nice to have been asked.- helpfull 0

One star is too many. All work cost hundreds more than estimates. Have now found out most of the work paid for was not done.
Wrong parts has damaged life of the transmission which is full of metal chips. Took a sawzall cutting large area to a rare not replaceable bell housing because they were to lazy to pull gear cases after a mistake on their part.
This is the short version to a very long list.- helpfull 0
