Good rate for what I thought would be an average golf course. What a surprise! Conditions were pretty good and it had a good layout for a muni. No range for warmup but not a problem when playing casual golf. Highly recommend for anyone traveling through the Chico area.

Overall great place but pace of play is always super slow. I've never played a round under 4.5-5 hours (even on a weekday afternoon). Maybe they stack the tee sheet a little too much. Also, I've never seen a course use so much sand when punching the greens.
