John has been doing our personal and business taxes for many years. When I first met him I had an outstanding IRS bill. He negotiated with the IRS to reduce that tax by about 90%, saving us almost a hundred thousands dollars. His returns are detailed , precise and thorough. I used John Burge last year and he sent me a packet to fill out this year. I received all my documents and filled out packet. I called John several times
To set up an appointment, but never received a call back. I had heard CPA were hard to schedule with and we are moving to Texas in 3 weeks.
I wanted a California CPA do do my taxes as I am a Camp fire survivor and we are dealing with PG & E and I wanted someone local that would know the ins and out of the case. I finally found someone who could do it before our move. 2 days after scheduling with them John finally called me back. I explained that I knew he was busy and we needed our taxes done quickly so I , and before I could even finish my sentence he slammed the phone down on me. He could have at least had the courtesy to listen to me.
