Bean Counting Firm

Love that this place has lot of reviews. Just from researching she seems to be the most clear and less confusing that some others in town. Like if a place has only four reviews and claims to be great and have all this experience , I'm wondering, like....HOW? Why? Where are the rest of the reviews?

I was much happier with Bean Counting years ago. Now, they plug the numbers in that I hand them, are friendly and efficient enough to make sure they have details about my private practice, then hand the forms back to me/us to send to the IRS. This --having to finalize and send off my own taxes-- has resulted in nearly a year's worth of needless stress on my plate. I have received at least 3 messages that I owe a whopping amount in taxes, even though I paid my taxes well before 4/15/21. In fact, I went crying to Bean Counting the first or second time I got a written notice from the IRS that (again) I owe money PLUS INTEREST because they reportedly did not receive payment. There, in tears, I was instructed by Tracy "just pay your taxes." Not helpful. Patronizing. I'd paid my taxes, over and over again. I'm scared of being in trouble. I'm honest. I'm responsible. In fact, I'd double paid, so I got a refund check for the full amount last month or so. Now, again, today, 1/24/22, I received another written notification that payment is due. To be clear, I blame the IRS for being utterly incompetent. I also blame Bean Counting for sending me off to deal with this after I paid them $200 to file my taxes (or so I thought). I'll take my business to other accounting offices that put my taxes in the mail for me--to relieve me of this crazy stress.
