They were not able to refund my card saying their system couldn't do it. I've worked in credit card processing and I know they can refund it if they want. So it sounds like another admin scam to me. They gave me credit instead that's not for future months bill credit but instead extra time in the services. So it's very much a let down. I don't need that I need my charges reversed.

Get your tan on! Nice establishment! Staff is always friendly and full of knowledge! I love the spa package! They have so many options for tanning no matter what tanning bed I try I am beyond satisfied! Love the lotions they sell !
