Fraudulent billing practices. Haven't seen the chiro in over a year and a claim (which was never sent to me) went into my insurance company (who paid). I contacted the insurance company who investigated, reversed the claim (denied), and subsequently received a printed out statement from the billing company (they use an outside service) with some nonsense about how my name looked very close to the name of another patient who *was* in. Fine. However, a secondary claim came through five days *after* this incident, again which the insurance company paid on, this time for $25 MORE than the first claim (for services I did *not* receive. As Edward G. noted clear back in 2014, billing is a complete and total nightmare with this center. We experienced the same problems when we were being seen there a little over a year ago (see review under Gary Weddell). The chiropractor is good, the billing is worse than horrific, it's criminal in every sense of the definition. Hopefully the chiro will note these reviews and clean house. The billing agency is Advantage Medical Billing.

PS: Just received call from Jennifer at Advantage Medical Billing (after calling in to file grievance with insurance company) stating that it was a "clerical" error. My response was that it is a fraudulent claim given that the second bill (supposedly again input incorrectly and intended for the actual recipient of the bill) was twenty-five more dollars than the initial claim, which is fraud, plain and simple.
