Chico Custom Tint

James did an amazing job! He was very helpful when I was choosing the level of tint I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. And definitely couldn't beat the pricing.

I Called last week to get two of our cars windows tinted. I had already had an appointment at a place I have gone to For Years , but thought maybe I can get them done sooner so I called James. He had tinted one of my cars a few years back . I Was told by James he could do it the next day in the afternoon. It would not take long. I was so excited ! And I was even was going to get a little bit of a break in the price for both cars . But the next day I got a call around 11:30am, that he couldn't do it that he was still on a job . ( my appointment was to be in the afternoon) So I was not happy about that . If you couldn't do the job why did you scheduled it? Bad business . I was all happy thinking I was getting a call to bring my cars in . I think he heard the annoyance in my response and then He said well if he had time he'd call me that afternoon. So by 2:00 or so I called during business hours and got no answer, I got voicemail. So I left a voicemail to make an appointment on Monday and Tuesday one car each day for jobs less than an hour a piece. It was Friday and maybe he just didn't want to do the job, I get it. So I Tried to give him a benefit of the doubt to make things right by Monday. No call back or follow up Monday morning. I guess my business is not important since the jobs were not big enough for him. This is how you get treated here. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. I would of paid more too! Oh well, I will NOT send coworkers, friends or family here. Not to be treated in this manner.
