Safelite AutoGlass

We went to get the windshield fixed and it wouldn't calibrate the first time. The second time we went back it didn't calibrate. This time today the windshield they were putting on cracked because someone put it down to hard. We are going to have to wait for them to order another one to get it fixed but we are very worried it isn't going to work... again

Worst experience ever! I had a chip in my windshield wich they cracked trying to repair, so they ordered me a non oem windshield wich blocked my windshield sensors. I explained to saflite that it was most likely the tint on the non oem glass but they ordered a second windshield wich did the same thing. Instead if trying to help fugure this out they immediately told me that i had electrical issues and need to have my car worked on before they could recalibrate wich was total bullshit! I ended up bringing it to a different shop wich installed a oem windshield and fixed the sensor problems. I never experienced a company that tried covering their ass at every expense. Do u yourelf a favor and a headache and go somplace else, worst experience ever!!! Terrible customer service!!
