Chico Doula Circle

The Chico Doula Circle is the best thing that happened to me while pregnant. You won't find a better resource in Chico where you can learn as much as you need and have the support of a Doula (or Doula team in their case).

They are great at educating couples, supporting them throughout pregnancy and more. Their free educational sessions are very helpful and allow you the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

They get to know you, support you in your entire journey and help you understand your options so you can make good decisions about your health and pregnancy.

Their wealth of knowledge, experience, and support are priceless!

Personally, I think hiring the Chico Doula Circle was the best decision my wife and I made for the birth of our first child - Leo. You can read all the books and plan as much as you want, but nothing can replace the experience of a doula. When your several hours into the labor you get tired, nervous, a little scared and your decision making skills begin to suffer - but if you have a Doula on your team she can walk you through the process and remind you that everything will be ok. A doula is there when the doctors, nurses and midwifes are too busy. From a father's point of view a doula is a must! We will absolutely be working with the Chico Doula Circle again when my wife and I are ready for our second child.
