I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allevity, specifically with a recruiter named Susan. Her unprofessional behavior not only cost me a job opportunity but also left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

Firstly, Susan sent me to my interview at the incorrect time, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. Then, she informed the company that wanted to hire me that I would not take the position, even though I clearly wanted it. Her reason? She claimed that because I took 24 hours to respond to her email, I was "going dark" on her. This assumption was completely unfounded and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, Susan emailed me the entire conversation she had with the potential employer, which seemed highly inappropriate and unprofessional. After this, she completely stopped responding to my messages, leaving me in the dark about my application status.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I expected professionalism and support from Allevity, but instead, I encountered negligence and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking reliable and professional employment assistance.

Professional enough to schedule me an interview for another company. They told me to expect a phone call from the other company in 1-3 days, but unfortunately never got the call. I was told to report back to Allevity for more information and I've been trying to get in touch with one of the employee's for the past three days, but still no response. I understand they must be busy, but no response to any of my messages is quiet frustrating.
