Rude people work here. Asked to park in their lot so my wife, newborn baby and I could grab some food across the street. My wife explained we were going to come back to do some shopping. The entitled person behind the counter didn't offer any sort of respectful response other than, "no, you need to move your car", in a rude, condescending tone. A little bit of tact and respect goes a long way and these people do not have it.

Except for 1 dark haired woman (weekdays) the staff has been the worst on the last several visits.
Upon trying to relay this to management, it was only received with a less than understanding reply.
It appears the attitude at the lower levels is encouraged or displayed at the higher levels and so it be. Thankfully there are now other choices for local, natural foods in Chico. Friendlier staff and fair pricing should never be compromised.
