I've been shopping at this location for 15-20 years. Since the Us Foods takeover, the experience has become frustrating to say the least! The products my business has purchased on a regular basis are often out of stock for multiple weeks/months. The checkout process has become a slow agonizing ordeal and there are typically several mistakes made upon review. I currently spend less than half of what I used to spend due to lack of availability of my regularly purchased items.
Since Jerry passed away, the weight of this mess has clearly landed on two individuals that I've known and worked with for a long time (Brandon and Mike) They are still stellar representatives of what this company needs MUCH more of. Two men can only accomplish so much and they work their butts off! They are the only reason that I'm giving 2 stars.
This store did not need to spend so much time and money with the recent remodel. The energy could have been much better served building an efficient store that was perhaps not quite as short staffed and maybe just a little bit outdated. What a wreck this place has turned into!!
