This place makes sense for anyone looking for a good steak that is locally sourced. It is run and operated by students in the hours are limited so be sure to get there before you go to happy hour!

We went on Aug 19 early afternoon. The girl at the counter clearly had other things she would have preferred to be doing. She rattled off a lot of verbage, using some terms we weren't familiar with; when asked to explain, she prefaced her definitions with a heavy sigh, a though being patient with a child. When we told her what cut we wanted she advised us that it would be difficult to access in their walk-in and that it would take her 5-10 minutes to retrieve, if we were 'sure that was what we wanted and wanted to wait" (translate into "I really don't feel like doing this so I hope you will say no").We had driven over the previous week to check it out; their website stated they would be open year-round Thursdays and Fridays, along with the hours. When we got to the site a noted taped to the door said the were closed that week. Aaarghh. IMO, they need to take a course on customer service if they're going to offer products to the public in a quasi-retail set up.
