Went in to buy a cigar for a gift. The girl working there was on her phone with the speaker on. She looked up and said hi and went back to her conversation of which I could hear "what, he unfriended you". I, knowing nothing about cigars, needed help so I looked at her and she finally said to the girl on the phone, "hold on a minute", "do you need something?" I said I needed help with cigars. She said she knew nothing about cigars as they didn't train her on cigars. She said I know the light colored are the mild ones and went back to her phone conversation. Needless to say I did not make a purchase there and will not return. Bring Bidwell Cigar back!

taegan was very helpful and super friendly. Give my girl a raise ASAP!!!! we foreal came like 2 minutes before closing and she was super chill. If she doesn't get a raise soon im suing NO CAP!!'
