East Ave Church

I visited when I was in Chico visiting. I'm Nazarene, and understand wanting a unique name, and find it odd that in this whole Yelp review theirs no mention of denomination (except in other review). I did notice on very bottom of sign out front, Nazarene affiliation. I looked just to make sure I was at the right place. Besides that the service was fine. BEAUTIFUL sanctuary.....music was ok (My church does a mix of contemporary and hymns which I prefer) but the music was good quality.....and the preaching was good. The people seemed friendly so I'll return on my next trip to Chico (visiting my brother)

I love being a part of the East Avenue Church family. The pastors are wonderful and teach from the Bible. If your looking for a church, give it a try. Come as you are, in other words you don't have to get dressed up to attend. They do a lot to help the community and they need more volunteers. May God bless and show grace to those at EAC leading those to Jesus.
