Butte Bible Fellowship

I have in the past searched high and low for a Bible based church whose sermons are based on scripture. One that revives the old gospel hymns so much a part of my youth and childhood. I have found all of that and then some at Butte Bible Fellowship. Congregation is elderly but warm and welcoming. Such was the congregation of my youth. I don't need a 5 piece band complete with drummer beating out what is now called Christian Gospel. If this makes folks happy and reverent, then I'm happy for them, but i prefer a more reverent atmosphere in which I can take part in gospel hymns that reflect my love and admiration for my God and Creator....

I am not a member but I want to expound on the church. I have only begun attending & it's a mainly senior congregation and most make you feel at home. I love the Sunday school. They teach directly from the Bible like many churches of old did, no study guides & sing the old hymns & if you are seeking a traditional mode of worship this is a church to find it. They have a good line up of activities throughout the week. I have been going to men's wood carvers on Tuesdays. They seem to remain true to Bible Doctrine. They are a CMA church. I like they host the Liberty Quartet yearly on stage. The stage setting would be great if they could host other Christian groups. The seating is comfortable, restrooms very clean, sanctuary air conditioned & inviting feel.
