Enloe Emergency Department

Went to the ER for shortness of breath, abdominal pain, and concerning stool. Was given an EKG, chest Xrays, blood test, and offered anxiety drugs, and a lesson on when you should go to the ER. I was told to go to the ER by an ER Dr?? I have been having breathing issues while walking for weeks and have a family history of heart attacks. My abdominal pain was not even acknowledged. Due to symptoms including a body temperature going down to 96.7 which is not my norm, shortness of breath, eye discoloration, stool observation, lost weight, and nature of pain, I suspect a bacterial infection. I am going to treat it naturally as best I can, antibiotics would have messed up my gut biome anyway. Music works for not feeling well and going to the ER anxiety, without an addiction to benzos. Have done lab research on pigeons and rats and will research treatments on myself. Part of my graduate school background is in psychology, thus I know physical distress makes you anxious. The Dr. might want to look into research on music and health. Harp and pan music are great for relaxation after a frustrating encounter with the ER. In Europe music therapists work in hospitals. I wish I could keep my monthly donation to a health care system that doesn't help and pay myself to be my own Dr. as alternatives cost money! A stool test lab panel and a stress test would be informative to me as my own health care provider. Least I can see my potassium went up. I will do the best I can on my own to treat what I know has caused my own 7 year long health battle. If I figure it out, I will educate others as that is my profession! Dr. was right medicine doesn't have all the answers, they just treat symptoms with drugs that cause more symptoms, they didn't even treat my symptoms. Off to have my electrolyte drink!
