We provide affordable housing options for folks who are homeless or at risk of it. We master-lease or own over 70 properties and sub-lease rooms to individuals, and we lease a few houses to families in crisis. For CHAT residents, we also offer case management support, food distribution, and furniture and housewares, and for property owners we provide property management and maintenance.
