Joe is an amazing and talented tattoo artist. He is great at what he does. Highly recommend him for your next tattoo. I have gotten several pieces, none raised or scabbed over. Beautiful work, and I always get compliments on it.

I went in for a black rose. I'm embarrassed to have this on my arm. Would not recommend. It's been said a 12 year old Drew on my arm. That it looks unprofessional and looks like a cabbage.
