Dr. Foster has been my doctor since the late nineties. He is a warm caring person with a wide breadth of knowledge. He has done in depth research about my problem as well. I recommend him whole-heartedly.
p.s. in reviewing this post I notice that Yelp has located me in Canada, and I can't see how to fix this. I live here in Chico, CA.

my husband and I have had nothing but issues with this drs office. They answer the phone 1 out of 20 times we call. They billed my husband because they didn't have his insurance information for a period of time. They billed his insurance prior to and after these visits! Sound suspicious to me. The staff in the office is rude, they close the office whenever they want to, and can't seem to get their poop together. I am going to find a new dr for my husband and they can go fly a kite.
