Dr John has helped me a couple of times with issues now. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the cause of the issue he is treating so that I always knew exactly what he was doing and why. He approaches his work from a place of genuine compassion.

I believe that John's experience as the owner and operator of a strength and conditioning facility, a fitness coach and a martial artist gives him a better perspective on what physical performance should be than the perspective of your typical medical professional.

This is not your normal chiropractic...I had a neck problem that I was not able to address with multiple forms of therapy-including chiropractic. After working with Dr. John using ART and doing the exercises he gave me to work on at home I have had a significant improvement. In fact, I haven't been in for an appointment in about two months AND I've gone without ibuprofen or massage for the same duration (I used to be only a weekly massage routine for relief and took high doses of ibuprofen 3.- 6x per week for relief). I haven't been able to do that for at least two years. I couldn't be happier.
