Sep 07, 2020Dr Escott was able to adjust me, so on a service level, that's all great. However, her customer service is appalling. The wait is very long. They don't know how to operate their billing, you might receive a bill three years later, who knows? She made fun of my daughter's name on two separate occasions and that was the final straw for me. The first time I thought, well maybe that's not how she meant it. The second time she made it clear that's how she meant it. I've been much happier with Dr Edwards and wouldn't go back to Escott if she were the last chiropractor in town.

Feels like I just came back from a vacation! Dr. Escott has helped me in a way I find hard to describe. Anyone having pain or extra stress, please consider chiropractic treatment. One visit to Karen Escott has me 100% convinced.
