Gary Hawkins Architect

Gary Hawkins is very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me out during a very stressful situation. I would recommend anybody to work with Gary Hawkins because he goes above and beyond to help his client. Without Gary's help there is no way I would've completed my project or had any other architect provide me the advice he had given me countless times when he came out to my store many multiple times for advice. Any other architect would have collected their check and never stop by to help however Gary stop by my business many times just to make sure everything was done correctly. He is a great person and im thankful for his help!

If I could rate Gary Hawkins lower, I would. I paid him $ 24,580.00 plus more for what he describes as "extra's" and he still could not produce a complete set of drawings that any City would accept for submittal. I literally begged him the 8th, 9th and tenth month for a completion date, and he would not provide one. He only shows up at his office for about 20 hours a week. And I doubt he is doing much work outside his office, or he would have finished my drawings. I finally had to hire another architect that had to start from scratch. He completed the project in two weeks and one day for less than a quarter of the cost. My suggestion to anyone considering on hiring Gary Hawkins, DON'T, you will regret it.
