Lowden Architecture

Alex Lowden is both professional and personable in his work. Our project began as an addition to and remodel of a separate one room "guest space". Alex listened well to all our thoughts about making a small home. He asked us good questions and was very patient. He provided new ideas for consideration. Though our project was small, he always took time with us and was prompt in responding. Plus he was very flexible. As soon as the project was designed and ready to move to contractors, we asked Alex to change the plans into a separate new ADU for a different site on the property. He worked with us to keep as much of the original plan while fitting into the new space, keeping in mind our goals and budget. He also helped us as we came upon questions for permitting. Alex is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.
