If I could give Norm 100 stars, I would. First of all, he answered the phone and called me back when our call was dropped on one of the busiest notary weeks of his career, when Chico filled with evacuees with little or no identification. When I explained what I needed, someone to go to Enloe hospital right then to help in an emergency that was CAMpFire related, he made himself available immediately and offered to go in the evening if necessary. Because the patient had escaped with only her cat and pajamas, it was even more challenging as we also had to locate two people who could authenticate and verify her identity. Norm was patient and "on call" for 30 hours until people could be located in various shelters and that could be accomplished, calling and texting for updates many times in between. Today, the elderly patient received what she needed done thanks to Norm. I cannot say enough kind things about the professionalism, ethics, flexibility and heart. Well done ! Thank you isn't enough.
