Jul 07, 2024Chuck Paterson AAA refused to tow my vehicle even though I had current registration, current insurance and a membership in great standing because the year tag was missing. I called twice to speak with the Chico AAA DMV Services Supervisor and the AAA DMV Services Supervisor at the Chico AAA office left early, per his female employee, because "he didn't want to speak to you". This same female employee sent an IM to the Branch Supervisor, that was covering the Woodland office, and She refused to contact me. After being a loyal customer for 26 years, I'm cancelling every thing in my life that involves AAA. Not the company I want to deal with in an emergency.
