Joe is a scammer. His website looks great, but he misrepresents guitars. He builds cheap fakes. Buy the real thing for less. For someone that claims to be a luthier with 20 years experience he cannot tell quality parts from poorly made knockoffs. He has no problem lying about what parts are on a guitar either.
This is not a buyer beware scenario, he'll cheat you and not even care. I did contact him to see if he would work with me, he wouldn't. I don't blame him, he got his money, just bad customer service. I would never recommend him to anyone.
