Bad business. Owner is a weirdo, showed up 20 mins late, office smells like weed, and he will rip you off. Your gate code works half the time, it also seems like there are people straight up living in the storage units so yea don't put your stuff here.

I have not had the pleasure of making a reservation with this storage facility and it all was due to their first phone interaction. I had been going over their website to find a size storage unit for my college sons items for the summer, I called to reserve a unit with the dimensions of 5x10 just as their website says they have and to call to reserve. As I called to ask to make a reservation I was attended to by a very rude man who continually told me over and over that he did not have 5x10 and demanded to know where I was getting these storage sizes from. I informed him it was from his own website and asked about their 5x7 to which he responded the same " we do not have that " . I did move on to seek clarification regarding if they current didn't have any of the storage unit sizes I needed or they didn't at all have those type of sizes. He proceeded to tell me that he did not have those size units at all and that I was clearly reading the website incorrectly. A picture is worth a thousand words, their website clearly advertises units in sizes 5x7 and 5x10 but according to the man who answered I was reading their website wrong. Horrendous customer service, if you can even call it that customer service.
