I tried this place for the first time and I got the oxtail meal with two sides. Sides were rice and peas and mac and cheese. Also got the beef patty
I had to write a review because I hope this place stays around for a long time. The food was absolutely incredible. Oxtails were BIG and cooked perfectly. I've never had that style of rice and peas but they were great too. The mac and cheese was good. Not phenomenal, but really simple and delicious.
Beef patty was my 2nd favorite next to the ox tails. The dough was flakey and flavorful and filling had really good flavors.
Will definitely be going back. Pro tip, pour the oxtail gravy into the rice and peas.- helpfull 0

Service was great. Fast and kind. Food tasted amazing! They gave us a sample of the goat curry and it was so large that we were half full. Tried the jerk chicken and the brisket. Both tasted great. Only vomplaint about the whole trip is the inconsistency in the size of the protein portion in the meal. I ordered jerk chicken and got a FULL to go container. Enough for lunch tomorrow and for everyone to taste tonight. Brisket portion was a bit on the small side. Tried the mac'n'cheese, baked beans, and red beans and rice. Beans were both amazing, mac'n'cheese was very processed and not fresh tasting.
