DRY, CRUMBLY BREAD.

WOW, came here for the first time a couple days ago in a while and have things changed. I wished I had read the reviews before revisiting about how the bread is so crumbly. Nowhere in the store does it state that their "newer 2 year" bakery makes insanely dry, dense, crumbly sourdough bread. Maybe I should have gotten it toasted and it wouldn't have been so bad? Who knows but it was so bad to the point where I was picking of pieces of the thick bread and that wasn't even enough. Literally ended up eating the little bit of meat and toppings inside the sandwich to not deal with the bread anymore. It literally seemed like it was a couple days old. Yes the price is good but I rather spend more for more quality sandwiches.

Dave seems like such a nice person it's crazy he would sell this kind of bread to paying customers. Quality control much? After reading so many reviews regarding the bread issues, you would think that it would be time to find a new bakery. Wanted to support local business but its hard to when you get food in this condition. I guess I'll stick to the "green building that start with an S" or Jersey Mikes.

Went to Kona's one day and wasn't very happy with the service because I waited 10-15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I still ordered a sandwich and hoped if the food is good then it can take away that one bad experience. But unfortunately the sandwich was mediocre so I can't see myself coming back here again.
